The main mission of EcoInstrument LLC is primarily related to ensuring, that our customers are comfortable and pleasant to work with equipment from leading manufacturers of laboratory and industrial analytical instruments. That is why our Service Center is always ready to provide our customers with all necessary technical, methodological and metrological support of all supplied equipment and other useful information: consumables, trainings, warranty post-warranty repair and even service contract. Our high-qualified experienced engineers will help and will make for you all possible types of work from battery replacement to installation and major re-equipment of industrial facilities. We are close to you and always ready to help. We are open to any communication in both Russian and English.

Support in metrology and methods

All equipment must obtain a metrological certificate of type approval of measuring instruments, which gives confirmed accuracy to all the proposed equipment. We cooperate only over the years proven institutions.

Pre-sale preparation includes mandatory primary calibration of instruments at accredited laboratories. In cases of necessity, we can also conduct periodic calibration. All equipment is tested and verified before delivery.

Service contract

The laboratory equipment supplied by our company is quite reliable and ready to serve for a long time. However, various situations are possible. To protect the user from such problem, our Service Center offers to conclude a service contract. The range of services included in the Service Contract can be very wide.

We offer the following as standard:

· Initial diagnostics of equipment (if the equipment is not new);

· Periodic diagnostics, calibration and adjustment of equipment;

· Performance of routine maintenance;

· Preparation and transfering for adjustment

· Maintenance of stock of consumables in the warehouse;

· Provision of swap equipment (if available)

In addition to these services, we provide discounts for additional visits and work which required beyond the scope of the contract. Equipment, protected by service contract is repairing primarily.

FIRST STEPS TO CHECK BEFORE CALLING

Before starting troubleshooting, please, pay attention to the following points (this is approximately 50% of all calls):

1. Check if the sensor (s) is connected correctly and the cables are not damaged, bent or tangled. Make sure that the selected sensor matches the task. Do not forget to remove the protective cap from the sensor, if available.

2. Check that the power is connected correctly. For appliances with battery power, make sure that the polarity of the battery is correct and that it is operative. Some devices are quite energy-intensive and can only run on alkaline batteries. When operating from an AC mains, ALWAYS check the conformity of its characteristics with that indicated on the device or the AC adapter. Make sure the AC adapter is working by connecting it to a similar device or by measuring the output voltage. Check visually or with a tester the integrity of the fuses, if they are available but without opening the case of the device.

3. Carefully inspect all external connectors and contacts on the device, sensor and cables. The surface should be clean and shiny, free of any traces of plaque and rust. Remove visible dirt with a piece of cloth dampened in alcohol. Do not use sandpaper or other abrasive - this is not always permissible!

4. Ensure that the calibration / standard / buffer solutions used are clean and correct. Pay attention to their shelf life. Try using them to calibrate / adjust another one 100% well-functioning device . If necessary, replace the solutions with fresh ones.
